A Quantum Leap in Protein Research

History
The theoretic possibility of differential PTM Detection was first discussed in December 2002 by proteomics researchers from AstraZeneca in Sweden. A first prototype was developed during 2003-2005 at the Functional Genomics Center Zurich and the Computational Laboratory of ETH Zurich. Detectorvision AG was founded in 2005 to make the technology accessible to protein researchers worldwide.

Publication
Database independent detection of isotopically labeled MS/MS spectrum peptide pairs. Journal of chromatography. B, Analytical technologies in the biomedical and life sciences 04/2005; 817(2):225-30

Mission
We are a privately owned company and guarantee that 75% of license fees are invested into the further development of the technology. Our mission is to help researchers to deliver their best and to enhance protein analysis for human medicine.
